The Patrollo platform has an uptime of more than 99.97%. In other words, our downtime (maintenance and upgrades included) is less than 13 minutes/month on average. We understand that your business depends on the uptime of our servers. Thus, we go to great lengths to keep them available and fast.

How much does Patrollo cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your operation and the number of scanning points needed. Contact us for a quote tailored to your facility.

How long does setup take?

A client may be up and running within two week of signing up. This includes tag installation and getting your team onboarded.

What happens if a tag is damaged or goes missing?

We handle replacements. Contact us and we’ll work out the details based on the situation.

User Authentication & Permissions?

Whether you’re on the website or the app, Patrollo requires you to go through an authentication process. The website account holder (admin) must give all of the mobile app users unique usernames and passwords. Then, the admin can set specific permissions for each user. In this way, users have access to only what they need.
